Trakstep is a soft, completely flat kids' insole with a hidden tracker bay under the heel. Drop in the Trakstep Tracker (or your AirTag), twist the magnetic cap shut and slide the insole into any shoe. Nobody can see it, and your child won't feel it.

Does it work with iPhone and Android?
Yes. The Trakstep Tracker works with Apple Find My on iPhone and with Google Find Hub on Android. Already own an Apple AirTag? That fits the heel bay too.
Is a tracker included?
The insoles are sold per pair without a tracker. You can add the Trakstep Tracker right on this page (one per pair), or use an AirTag you already own.
Will my child feel the tracker?
No. The tracker sits recessed in the heel underneath a flush cap, and the top of the insole is completely flat and soft. Nothing presses into the foot.
Can the tracker fall out?
The magnetic quarter-turn twist-lock keeps the cap firmly closed while running, jumping and playing. It only opens when you deliberately twist it.
Which size should I choose?
Measure your child's foot from heel to longest toe and use the size chart in the Sizing tab above. If they're between two sizes, choose the smaller one so the insole lies flat in the shoe.
Which shoes does it fit?
Any closed shoe with a removable or flat footbed: sneakers, boots, school shoes and most velcro shoes.
How do I clean the insoles?
Take the tracker out first. Wipe or hand-wash the insoles with lukewarm water and a little mild soap, then let them air-dry before putting them back.
How long does shipping take?
